We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as China BD Manager.

What will you be doing?

Promote Acclime’s services in China.
Meet several hundred clients and partners annually to thoroughly understand their business and identify current needs.
Lead tracking, active follow-up, and deal closing.
Attend and organise events.
Develop and execute initiatives that follow Acclime’s industry focus and attract new clients.
At times, ‘cold approach’ potential clients to complement marketing to existing clients, re-enter the conversation with former clients and contacts acquired through partners, events, and other marketing activities.
Cooperate with other service teams to provide solutions for clients, understand our capabilities, and communicate them to current and potential clients.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a must, with a particular emphasis on corporate or at least professional services.
Good knowledge of corporate, accounting, tax, and advisory services and understanding of the Asian market in general and China in particular.
Ability to work within clearly defined KPIs towards joint company goals.
Capable of analysing market trends and identifying business opportunities.
Fluency in English, German, French, and/ or Mandarin is advantageous.
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Outgoing, self-motivated, goal-oriented, analytic, and independent personality.
Existing network with US and EU-based companies
