Acclime further strengthens its presence in the region with the acquisition of Mansec Corporate Consultant in Malaysia.

13 November 2019, Hong Kong – Acclime, the premier corporate services provider in Asia, announces today that it has completed the acquisition of Mansec Corporate Consultant Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, taking its presence to five Asian markets.

Mansec is a leading and reputable corporate secretarial services specialist in Malaysia. The company provides a comprehensive range of professional services in corporate secretarial and business advisory to listed entities, SMEs and start-up clients in a vast range of industries, from automobile, information technology to manufacturing and oil and gas. Mansec is very active in the start-up community in Malaysia, affiliated with the Malaysian chapter of Founders’ Institute, the Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MAGIC) and Selangor Information Technology & Ecommerce Council (SITEC).
