Asia’s premier corporate services provider, Acclime, has today announced the appointment of Paul Dixon as the company’s Group Chief Financial Officer.
Acclime Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Martin Crawford, said the appointment is a testament to the growth and maturity of the company, which now employs more than 750 people across 10 markets in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as the United States of America, United Kingdom, and Netherlands.
“Acclime’s continued expansion, through organic growth and strategic acquisitions, requires strong financial stewardship and I am delighted to welcome Paul Dixon to the senior executive team,” Mr Crawford said.”
“As a Partner of Acclime Australia, Paul’s appointment comes from within the group, and it is deeply satisfying to be able to source this talent from within our own ranks. He brings to the role an impressive combination of senior financial management, compliance, governance and corporate services experience with a strong commercial focus and a deep knowledge of Acclime’s operational strengths.”
“Paul will have a critical role in harmonising Acclime’s operations across complex regulatory markets, securing finance to advance our growth strategy, and preparing the company for our future IPO aspirations.”
Paul is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years’ accounting experience in both commercial and professional services businesses and is also a member of the Governance Institute of Australia. He co-founded CoSec Corporate Services in 2011, which was acquired by Acclime in February 2021. Throughout his career, Paul has held senior finance positions both listed and private companies in Australia across a variety of industry sectors and has undertaken several strategic consulting appointments with industry consolidators.
“This is an exciting time to be joining the senior leadership of Acclime as we actively grow the company’s pipeline of corporate services businesses and consolidate our position as the premier corporate services provider in Asia-Pacific,” Mr Dixon said.
“This opportunity also allows us to elevate our existing staff at Acclime Australia, demonstrating the increased career progression we can offer since joining the Acclime Group.
“Being a part of Acclime’s own expansion into complex markets means we are well placed to share our knowledge and experiences with our clients seeking to do the same.
Paul will commence the new role immediately in a reduced capacity and will increase his Group CFO workload as his client responsibilities are transitioned within the Acclime Australia team.
