This strategic acquisition enhances Acclime’s presence in the fast-growing fund and asset management sector. Principium’s clients can now benefit from access to Acclime’s comprehensive suite of services, including accounting, fund administration, tax advisory, HR, and payroll, delivered across key jurisdictions such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, and Dubai.
Founded in 2017 by Managing Director, Damayanti Shahani, Principium Consulting has earned a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused regulatory compliance consulting support to the fund and asset management industry in Singapore. The firm is recognised for its deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, clients’ business models and its practical approach to navigating evolving regulatory requirements in an increasingly complex capital markets environment.
