Martin Crawford.
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
CHINA – HONG KONG
Martin is one of the most experienced corporate services executives in Asia. He was the Group CEO of Vistra from 2009 to 2018, where he built the firm from a small regional player to be among the top three global corporate services providers, expanded the geographic reach from five countries to 46 jurisdictions, executed 35 M & A deals, and achieved outstanding equity returns for three successive PE owners.
Prior to Vistra, Martin spent over 15 years leading medium and large companies across the Asia-Pacific region in offshore financial services, foreign exchange and asset management, with a particular emphasis on PE-owned portfolio companies. Martin spent his early career in Australia in a number of sales and marketing roles before moving to Europe to further his academic studies. He worked with strategy consulting firm Bain & Company in London before relocating back to Australia where he spent seven years managing the institutional funds management division at MLC, one of the largest fund managers in Australasia. Prior to his move to Asia, he was Regional Managing Director (Asia-Pacific) for Travelex PLC, the world’s largest non-bank foreign exchange specialist.
Martin holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Australia, and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

Debby Davidson.
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer

Debby has over 16 years’ professional services experience. Debby initially worked as a senior associate in the corporate finance team of a Magic Circle law firm in London and Hong Kong before developing and managing two separate trust and corporate services businesses in 2009: Nova Sage (an offshore incorporation service provider) and AFP Group (a trust and fiduciary service firm).
In these roles, she was instrumental in leading the regional expansion of the two businesses and consistently delivering year on year double digit revenue and profit growth, whilst increasing brand awareness and market share. As an owner manager, Debby also led on corporate governance compliance. Debby has a track record in managing regional teams, and successfully exited both her prior ventures in 2012 and 2015, respectively.
Debby has experience in a broad spectrum of business disciplines including corporate, debt finance, capital markets and private equity transactions. She has a particular focus on ultra-high net worth families in respect of which she has gained a sound understanding of their needs and demands. She is also well acquainted with the front and back office operations of their wealth managers and family offices. More specifically, Debby regularly advises clients on corporate structures, exit strategies, succession planning, trust, cross-border taxation issues and other relevant commercial and private wealth matters.
Debby holds a law degree from the University of Oxford and is admitted to the Law Society of England and Wales.

Philip Lynch.
Director
CHINA – HONG KONG
Philip has been an investor and finance professional in Asia, Europe, the US and the Middle East for over 30 years. He was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers for 21 years where he was Head of Investment Banking for Asia Pacific and Head of European Equities, and four years at Nomura where he served as CEO Asia Pacific.
During this time, Philip handled over US$200 billion of deal origination and execution. He advised major companies and governments on numerous capital markets and advisory transactions including: privatizations of major utilities in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, China and India; the US$60 billion restructuring of Indonesia’s bank sector; a US$9.6 billion rights issue and placement for Carlsberg; the US$14 billion overnight market purchase by Chinalco of Rio-Tinto shares (the largest dawn raid in history), and the execution of the largest equity derivative transaction ever in Asia.
In 2013, he founded Stem Financial, a direct investment business that manages a combination of partner and third-party capital and focuses primarily on financial and professional services in Asia. Stem targets and has delivered 3x multiple of invested capital. Philip plays an active role in each of Stem’s portfolio companies and currently serves as Chairman of TR Bank and as a director of Compare Asia Group and APA Investments. He is also appointed by the Asian Development Bank as their nominated director on the board of Ameriabank.
Philip graduated from Yale University.

Eduard Pieters.
Group CIO
INDONESIA
Eduard has deep experience building, managing, and transforming IT organisations in and around Asia, both in the corporate services sector as well as in other industries. His most recent role was as Group CIO of Meratus Group, a major Indonesian shipping and logistics company, where he transformed IT and the organization’s adoption of modern technology over a 6 year period.
Prior to that, Eduard rose through the ranks of the global IT organisation at TMF Group over a 16 year span, culminating in his role as Regional IT director for the APAC region, where he drove and led the IT integrations of 16 mergers and acquisitions. Early career, Eduard started in several IT support and administration roles. Eduard is Dutch but has spent much of his working career in the Netherlands, China, and Indonesia, and currently lives in Jakarta.
Eduard holds a bachelor’s degree in business informatics from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, in addition to professional certifications in ITIL, DevOps, Cloud, and Information Security.

Blair Lucas.
Partner & CEO, Acclime Australia
As Partner and CEO of Acclime Australia, Blair is responsible for the overall operation of Acclime Australia. Besides managing the company’s operations from the head office in Melbourne, he also coordinates the global business development team for Acclime Australia. Blair is responsible for a range of overseas clients from South-East Asia, Greater China, UK, Europe and the USA, and he has acted as Company Secretary and Resident Director for over 100 companies operating in Australia. Blair applies his in-depth knowledge of the Australian corporate regulatory environment to help offshore companies establish a presence in Australia.
Blair spent many years engaged in investment consulting in China and is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin. His practical experience in China includes various capital raisings, cross-border transactions, foreign investments, and corporate and commercial law. Blair has previously also acted as Company Secretary for various unlisted not-for-profit and ASX-listed public companies in Australia.
Blair holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Monash University, a Diploma in Chinese Language and Culture from Nanjing University, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from Governance Institute of Australia, of which he is a member.

Paul Dixon.
Group CFO
Paul is a highly capable and experienced CFO, Company Secretary and Company Director. At Acclime Australia, he is responsible for managing the Accounting Team from the company’s Brisbane offices. In addition, he provides outsourced CFO services to clients from a range of industries, is responsible for corporate governance and compliance, and undertakes short-term consulting projects for client companies. Paul has a strong financial reporting background and an in-depth knowledge of reporting requirements and the Australian corporate regulatory environment.
Paul’s financial consulting experience spans both finance and corporate governance roles, and he has a proven track record of implementing and managing systems and driving process improvements. He has a commercially minded approach and a strong aptitude for a broad range of financial systems.
Paul is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, and the Governance Institute of Australia and has been a qualified accountant for more than 17 years and is a registered BAS Agent. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

Alan Ang.

Alan has worked in the professional services industry for over 10 years with extensive experience in regional and global markets. At Acclime, Alan is responsible for overseeing the sales and commercial function to drive commercial growth.
Alan is experienced in multi-jurisdictional engagements. He constantly engage other professionals, senior management and CXO members driving closures to all tough situations through value added service and professional dialogue. He is well verse in handling complex contracting and helping his clients’ expansion initiatives into APAC.
Prior to joining Acclime, he has held senior leadership positions at TMF, Boardroom, ADP and Hawksford.

Belinda Fung.

Belinda joined Acclime in November 2017 and established the listed company division, she is now the head of compliance of the division.
With 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, Belinda has been the named company secretary of a number of listed companies for over 10 years. She has extensive experience in company secretarial, compliance, corporate governance and corporate finance affairs for Hong Kong listed companies.
Belinda holds a Master of Finance degree from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. She is a fellow member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries) and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).

Brian Tso.

Brian joined Acclime as a Partner in April 2019. Brian is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Secretary. He has over 15 years of experience in accounting, company secretarial and financial management and has been the senior vice president of an investment firm, financial controller of a listed company and manager of an international ‘Big 4’ accounting firm.
Brian currently acts as independent non-executive director and/or chairman or member of the audit committee in a number of listed companies. He is also appointed as the company secretary for a number of listed companies which operate in various industries and markets. Brian is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries.

Charmayne Chan.

Charmayne joined Acclime in September 2018, she is a team head of the corporate services division. Charmayne is responsible for providing professional advice and handling corporate secretarial matters for companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions.
Charmayne has over 14 years of experience in company secretarial field. Prior to joining Acclime, she has worked in listed companies and law firm. Charmayne has extensive experience in performing full range of company secretarial duties of listed companies (Main and GEM boards) and private companies of major jurisdictions.
Charmayne is a Chartered Governance Professional and an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She holds a Master degree in Corporate Governance and Bachelor degree in Business Administration.

Henry Ng.
Partner & MD Malaysia
MALAYSIA
Henry is the Partner and Managing Director of Acclime Malaysia.
Henry has over 20 years of experience in the corporate secretarial field, and currently acts as corporate secretary for listed companies and private entities in Malaysia. He has the extensive experience in performing corporate secretarial duties including company setup, corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, merger and acquisition etc. Prior to joining Acclime, he was the Managing Director of Mansec Corporate Consultant, which was acquired by Acclime in 2019. Henry began his career as an audit executive in a reputable firm in Kuala Lumpur.
Henry is also highly engaged in the startup community in Malaysia and often gives training at events organised by The Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MAGIC) and Selangor Information Technology & Ecommerce Council (SITEC). He is also a mentor at the Malaysian Chapter of Founder Institute and SITEC.
Henry is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and member of the Chartered Secretaries Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and was a member of Institute of Public Accountants and Fellow member of Association of Accounting Technicians.

Gary Wong.
Partner

Gary joined Acclime as a Partner when his former company BPO Global Services merged with Acclime in April 2019. With over 16 years of experience in the financial and corporate services industry, Gary is a well-respected financial and professional services advisor. Over the years, Gary has led numerous cross border mergers and acquisitions in Greater China, as well as providing debt financing advice to companies in China, Hong Kong and London.
Prior to the establishment of BPO Global Services, Gary was the Hong Kong and Greater China Managing Director of two separate multinational trust and corporate service providers, where he had responsibility for operations, business development and strategic development. During this period, he led the client service teams in their provision of a wide range of services, including family trust, corporate and estate planning solutions, establishment and management of the company, as well as fund administration and accounting services.
Gary is highly engaged in community services, and currently serves on the following boards and associations: Committee Member of CPPCC Sichuan Province, Yan Oi Tong the 40th Term Board of Directors (Year 2019-2020), Vice Chairman of Reading Dreams Foundation and Hong Kong CPPCC Youth Association.
Gary holds an undergraduate degree in Information Management from Deakin University and a Master degree in Business Systems from Monash University in Australia.

Hoffman Chong.

Hoffman joined Acclime as a Partner when his former company BPO Global Services merged with Acclime in April 2019. He is mainly responsible for business development and client relationship management.
Hoffman has over 18 years of experience serving corporate clients in Asia. Prior to founding BPO Global Services, Hoffman held several senior leadership positions at various global corporate service providers in Asia where he took the lead in business development, corporate governance, investor relations and business intelligence. He was also responsible for developing corporate relationship and managing strategic partnerships.

Johnny Wong.

Johnny joined Acclime as a Partner when he sold his former company, MACAW (corporate secretarial firm) to Acclime in April 2019. Johnny is a practicing Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Secretary. He has over 14 years of experience in accounting, company secretarial and financial management. Prior to founding MACAW, he was the finance manager of a US-listed company and manager of an international Big 4 accounting firm.
Johnny is appointed as the company secretary for a number of listed companies which operate in various industries and markets. Johnny is a fellow (practicing) member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. Johnny is actively engaged in community services and has served as an assistant scout leader of 1st Hong Kong Group since early 2000.
Johnny holds a Master degree in Corporate Governance and Bachelor degree in Business Administration (major in Accounting).

Joshua Konechny.
Partner & Managing Director, Thailand
THAILAND
Joshua is the founder and Managing Director of Interactive Associates which was acquired by Acclime in May 2019.
When Interactive Associates was established in 2011, Joshua had a clear mandate to help international clients navigate the complexities of doing business in Thailand. With a focus on communication, efficiency, and cost-effective business services, Joshua has grown Interactive Associates to be one of the top players in Thailand’s business services sector.
Joshua is a pioneer and early adopter of e-commerce strategies in the corporate services industry. He is responsible for implementing the e-commerce, digital marketing and technology driven solutions in Acclime. Joshua also co-founded and sits on the board of Cakebox Solutions, a software company specializing in enterprise integration and a worldwide Cisco Certified Solutions Plus partner.

Karim Saleh.

Karim is the Chief Operating Officer of Acclime Indonesia, formmerly known as Magna Praxis.
Karim has 35 years of experience in the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, corporate information systems management, business and management consulting and business process / payroll outsourcing industries. Client service has always been Karim’s passion and he was the founder of the successful payroll services company, Tassaxia. Karim has held key positions at IBM, Oracle, Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, and is currently also heading up payroll services at Magna Praxis.
Karim holds a degree from Bandung Institute of Technology.

Keith Loose.
Chief Technology Officer
CHINA – HONG KONG
Keith has over 24 years of professional experience delivering a range of solutions across a variety of industries. His career initially started out as a consultant, working with teams delivering cutting edge technology platforms into sell-side investment banks that focused specifically on low-latency pricing, before moving to solve some of the big data needs of those firms utilizing open-source and commercial technology products.
Over the years, he has been responsible for the design and development of many of the technology platforms still in active use, processing millions of transactions daily, ensuring the some of the biggest names across the street fulfill their regulatory duties.
Keith has previously achieved a variety of professional certifications from a number of organisations such as Microsoft, Nokia, Cisco and Checkpoint.

Matthew Lourey.
Partner & Managing Director, Vietnam
VIETNAM
Matthew is a Partner and Managing Director of Acclime Vietnam. Matthew has over 24 years of professional services experience, with over 14 of those based in Asia. In 2014, he co-founded Domicile Corporate Services – a service provider of accounting, taxation, payroll, corporate establishment and advisory services to foreign-invested companies in Vietnam. With 65+ staff and offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi & Danang, the company focuses on market entry, outsourcing, reporting, due diligence and transaction support.
Matthew is a Director, and former President, of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and has held various board positions for companies based out of Vietnam. He previously held the position of Director of Advisory Services at Grant Thornton in Vietnam, where he was responsible for transaction support, both buy-side and sell-side, valuations and due diligence. Matthew’s background in Australia is within the Big 4, where he held various roles including corporate taxation, business services, insolvency/reconstruction and advisory services. He has also held senior roles with two fund management companies, including as Compliance Officer for managed funds.
Matthew graduated with a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Monash University, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Australia in 1997.

Ramute Marciukoniene.
Manager, Special Projects

Ramute joined Acclime in July 2006 and operates from London.
Ramute has over 13 years of professional experience in handling accounting, taxation, corporate secretarial, on-boarding and training of new entrants while developing operational infrastructure to support the growing practice. Ramute has been instrumental in streamlining processes across the departments, improving governance, bringing processes in-house and maintaining the company’s “going the extra mile” approach to client service.
Prior to joining Acclime, Ramute worked as an accounts assistant in an insurance company in Lithuania and completed an internship in a private investment bank in Paris.
Ramute is a certified chartered accountant (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. She holds an MBA and a Master in Finance. She is multilingual in English, French, Russian and Lithuanian.

Sehr Dixit.
Director
SINGAPORE
Sehr has been with the firm for over 10 years. As a Director, she co-manages the accounting and tax practice. She has held various roles within the firm advising clients on corporate secretarial, tax and accounting matters.
Prior to joining Acclime, Sehr spent 5 years working in the Investment Banking practice of Citigroup in New York.
Sehr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dartmouth College. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Sibing Tan.
Senior Accounting Manager

Sibing leads the accounting team to provide accounting, payroll and tax services.
Sibing has over 12 years of experience in auditing and accounting. She started her career as an external auditor in PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore, where she spent 5 years. Prior to joining Acclime, she headed the accounting practice in a professional services firm and worked closely with clients across a wide array of industries.
Sibing holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Vinod Kumar.

SINGAPORE
Vinod is a Partner, Regional Director (Indonesia, Singapore & Malaysia) and Managing Director of Acclime Indonesia.
Vinod has more than 25 years experience in top tier multinational firms including Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and PwC in various senior capacities in Kuala Lumpur, London, Rotterdam and Jakarta. Prior to joining Acclime, Vinod was the Regional Director of TMF for Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia (including Labuan) and Indonesia. More recently, Vinod has been primarily assisting multinational companies across various industries to set up and optimise their business structures in Indonesia. Vinod specialises in a practical approach to problem solving in both tax and legal matters in a country whose constant regulatory changes proves to be one of the biggest challenges for foreign investors in the region.
Vinod holds an Accounting and Financial Management degree from University of Sheffield and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Winnie Li.
Director
CHINA – HONG KONG
Winnie joined Acclime as a Director in January 2019 when her former company Edtoma (the company secretarial subsidiary of CWCC) formed a strategic partnership with Acclime. Winnie has over 20 years of experience in providing professional advice and handling corporate secretarial matters for companies in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. She joined Edtoma in 2003 and assisted in building up the company secretarial teams in Shenzhen and Nanchang. She began her company secretary career at the Business Service Division of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Winnie is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS) and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators (ICSA). She holds a Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Administration from City University of Hong Kong and a Masters degree in China Area Studies from the University of Hong Kong.
Winnie serves as a member of the Education Committee and Assessment Review Panel of HKICS since 2011 and 2015 respectively.

Aditi Dugar.
Client Relations Manager
SINGAPORE
Aditi is responsible for managing the company secretarial team and supporting the management team to manage client relationships.
Aditi has over 10 years of experience working in various countries. She started her career as an audit assistant while pursuing her chartered accountancy. She then worked as an external auditor with one of the Big 4 in India. Prior to joining Acclime Singapore, she led the internal audit team at a pharmaceutical company in Thailand.
Aditi is a certified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants India. She is also a Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries in India and holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from the University of Calcutta.

Genevieve Hamel.
Accounting Manager
SINGAPORE
Genevieve has over 15 years of experience in accounting, auditing and financial services in Canada, Cuba, Burkina Faso and Singapore. She has experience in a wide array of industries including finance, real estate, oil and gas and mining.
Genevieve is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce with Honours in Accounting from McGill University. She is a member of the Canadian Association of Chartered Professional Accountants.

Mee Ching Wong.
Director
MALAYSIA
Mee Ching is a Director at Acclime Malaysia, responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and implementing strategies for the business. She also manages human resources aspect of the office.
Mee Ching has more than 15 years of experience in the corporate services industry. Prior to joining Acclime, she was with a big 4 corporate services firm and GLC as company secretary.
Mee Ching holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting (Hons) from a reputable UK university and license to act as company secretary from the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Maggie Wong .
Associate Director
MALAYSIA
Maggie joined Acclime Malaysia in 2010 and is now a Senior Manager responsible for technical research, managing day-to-day operation and implementing business strategies for the business, and dealing with respective authorities.
Maggie has 15 years of experience in performing full range of company secretarial duties. Prior to joining Acclime, she has worked in an international corporate services firm.
Maggie is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK) and Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.

Hendra Saputra.
Head of Tax Services
INDONESIA
Hendra is the head of tax services and holds a senior position in the organisation. He has 12 years of solid experience as a tax consultant dealing with various aspects of tax services, which include tax dispute resolution (tax audit, tax objection and tax appeal), tax due diligence, tax review, tax returns preparation, and tax advisory. His clients are mostly multinationals from various industries, including manufacturing, consumer goods, real estate, energy, utilities and mining.
Hendra has held key positions in top tier tax consulting firms, including PwC. Hendra has also led the tax service business at TMF Indonesia.
Hendra graduated from a reputable University in Jakarta and holds a C level Tax Consultant License.

Puji Gulo.
Business Development Executive
INDONESIA
Puji’s main responsibilities are to assess and understand existing and potential clients’ needs and wants and to provide the best proposed solution that addresses the clients’ interests and goals. She also develops relationship and assists existing and potential clients with their requirements throughout their business lifecycle.
Prior to joining Acclime, Puji held a business executive role in a leading BPO services company with combined knowledge and experience in the field of business process services, payroll services, HR services, information and communication technology services.
Puji holds bachelor’s degree from a leading state-owned university.

Sari Rahmi.
Business Development Associate
INDONESIA
Sari supports the growth of the business through acquiring and onboarding new clients as well as building and maintaining successful relationship with the existing clients. Sari is also involved in developing service initiatives to address new opportunities as a result of changing laws and regulations.
Sari is a graduate from reputable university in Jakarta, majoring in tax and accounting and has prior work experience in Tax Services at TMF.

Saji Mathew.
Partner

Saji joined Acclime as a Partner when his former company Ander Group merged with Acclime in January 2020.
With 26 years’ experience in the industry, Saji has been part of numerous corporate restructuring initiatives for a diverse range of clients’ portfolios, as well as provision of on-going administrative and regulatory support for start-up business ventures in Hong Kong. Saji has earned a reputation as a specialist in corporate structuring, administration and regulatory compliance requirements for Hong Kong as well as a variety of offshore jurisdictions.
Saji began his professional career as a management trainee in a prominent South Asian conglomerate. In 1994, Saji joined a respected fiduciary services firm in Hong Kong as a Corporate Services Executive. After 15 years in the fiduciary services industry, he co-founded Ander Group and developed the group to a medium sized organization serving a wide range of client base.
Saji holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce and Bachelor Degree in Law from the UK. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Technology. Saji is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors.

Ann Sophie de Meester.

Ann Sophie is a director of Acclime China, co-manages the team and focuses on maintaining strong client relationships.
Before joining Acclime China, Ann Sophie was the Group Financial Controller for a Norwegian multinational, and she worked as director for corporate services at Chinese law firm R&P China Lawyers. Over several years working in China, she has built extensive experience advising foreign companies on tax compliance for various cross-border operations, including VAT and CIT optimization. She specializes in intercompany transactions, and reconciliation of financial statements so that they comply with IFRS and China GAAP.
Ann Sophie was educated at Aarhus University in Denmark, with a dual BA in Chinese and Business Administration. Ann Sophie also attended programs at Shanghai Jiaotong University and Shanghai Donghua University, and is fluent in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Bram Voeten.
Business Development Manager
CHINA
As business development manager of Acclime China, Bram’s responsibility is to ensure that the needs of Acclime China’s foreign clients are met. He acts as a bridge between international clients and the company’s accountants and tax specialists.
Before joining Acclime China, Bram worked in a number of commercial positions. His client portfolios contained several of the world’s biggest retailers including Aldi and Walmart. Bram has built a strong understanding of both western and Chinese culture, which has proven to be invaluable to align mutual expectations.
Bram earned a Bachelor in Commercial Economics from the Avans University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and focused his optional courses on doing business with China. He is fluent in English and Dutch, and always working on improving his Chinese.

Gina Chen.
Operations Director

Gina is the operations director of Acclime China. She manages the team of financial consultants and accountants to provide high-level corporate services to the subsidiaries of multinational and transnational companies in China; and plays an important role in Acclime China’s expansion through M&A activities.
She joined Acclime China from R&P China Lawyers, where she managed operations for the firm’s corporate service department. Her main expertise relates to bookkeeping, PRC & IFRS financial report, tax filing, tax planning & advice, risk control, corporate restructuring, financial due and financial advisory. As head of advisory, she is actively involved in complex tax matters and financial due diligence projects.
Gina graduated from Nanjing University and is PRC Certified Public Accountant. She is fluent in Chinese and English.

Joy Lu.
Senior Accountant

Joy is Acclime China’s senior accountant. She is in charge of some of the firm’s key accounts and co-supervises the accounting team.
Before joining Acclime China, Joy was accounting manager of US multinational, East Balt Baker Shanghai Co., Ltd. (the main burger supplier of McDonald and KFC in Mainland China) for ten years, and senior accountant of the corporate services department of R&P China Lawyers.
Joy graduated from the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a LL.B. in accounting. She is a PRC Certified Public Accountant since 2003 and is fluent in Chinese and English.

Maarten Roos.
Partner

Maarten is a partner of Acclime China and as executive director has overall responsibility for the business. He is leading the financial and operations managers, supports expansion efforts of Acclime China, and safeguards and continues to improve Acclime Group’s high-quality service level in China.
Originally from the Netherlands, Maarten has been in China since 1999 and is fluent in Chinese. He worked for a leading law firm Wang Jing & Co. in Guangzhou, and in 2010 joined R&P China Lawyers, a boutique Shanghai-based law firm that supports international companies in China.
Maarten graduated from Leiden University (the Netherlands), and attended courses at Guangzhou’s Sun Yat-sen University, the Hong Kong Open University, and Harvard Law School (Leaders for Lawyers, 2018). He is on the supervisory board of 30+ subsidiaries of multinationals in China, and he is an arbitrator of the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai Arbitration Center / SHIAC) specialising in disputes on foreign investment, joint ventures and international cooperation, corporate law and contract law.

Robin Tabbers.

Robin is a partner of Acclime China. As executive director, he is also responsible for expansion, sales, and marketing, leads the business development and key accounts managers, and takes charge of Acclime China’s expansion through new client acquisitions and M&A.
He has been in China since 2010, when he joined R&P China Lawyers, a boutique Shanghai-based law firm that supports international companies in China.
Robin graduated from Tilburg University (the Netherlands), with a background in international law and economics. He is on the supervisory board of the China subsidiaries of several multinational companies. Legal directories’ client feedback praises him for his no-nonsense, direct and going-the-extra-mile approach when it comes to structuring and advising them on their China investment.

Stella Zhou.

Stella is a director of Acclime China, for HR and payroll services. She also heads the company’s administration department.
Stella started her career at Junhe Law Office in an HR role, and headed HR and payroll services for R&P China Lawyers. Her focus remains on dealing with all kinds of HR-related issues, from payroll and social insurance matters to employment on-boarding and termination. She is also the key person for Acclime China’s virtual HR manager program.
Stella is fluent in Mandarin, Shanghainese and English.

James Ient.
Chairman, Singapore

James joined Acclime when his former company, Jai Financial was acquired by Acclime in June 2020.
James has over 20 years’ of professional services experience. He started his career as a structural engineer but soon changed direction and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in PwC in the UK in 2003 before joining the corporate finance team at Vodafone.
After joining the family office of the Chandler investment business in Monaco, James then relocated to Dubai following which he established the fund manager and its operating businesses in Singapore in 2004, where he has been based ever since.
Over the last 16 years in Asia, James has established, acquired, managed and sold as principle, representative and advisor businesses in Japan, Korea, China, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, India and Australia. Familiar with hands-on risk management, compliance, finance and, legal operational experience.
Currently, as the Asia Pacific CFO of the listed Compagnie Financière Tradition group since 2007, James is also an investor, trusted advisor and non-executive director of several Asian businesses. James’ rare experience combines the best of family office, regulated investment business and SME operations.
James holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Accountant of England and Wales.

Jasmine Seet.

Jasmine joined Acclime when her former company, Jai Financial was acquired by Acclime in June 2020.
Jasmine has over 15 years’ of accounting and general management experience. She started working at an early age, maintaining the books and records of small local businesses before studying finance overseas and interning with EY.
Joining the family office of the Chandler investment business in Singapore in 2005, Jasmine supported a range of multi-jurisdictional entities in operational reporting and private office projects. Following on from her experience at Chandler, Jasmine joined global equities fund manager Capital Dynamics, assisting the board in licensing, execution, portfolio reporting, marketing, and business development, as well as human capital management for this group of regulated businesses. Jasmine remains an independent director of Capital Dynamics to this day.
In 2013, Jasmine joined the newly formed Jai Financial professional services firm. As managing partner until June 2020, Jasmine managed an internal and outsourced team that services operating and investment holding clients with corporate agreements, bank and cash control, payroll, credit control, financial reporting, and board reports as well as supporting corporate transactions with advisory, valuation analysis.
Jasmine is a trusted partner, advisor and non-executive director of several Asian businesses.
Jasmine holds a degree in applied finance from Macquarie University and is both a Singapore CPA and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant as well as an Accredited Tax practitioner.

Ivy Tran.

Ivy joined Acclime when her former company, Jai Financial was acquired by Acclime in June 2020.
She started as an Accounting Intern in 2015 and grew with the business for which as an Accountant Consultant, she provides to clients day-to-day finance function support in accounting, taxation, corporate secretarial, banking administration and audit management. In addition, she assists the management in all areas of the business from client onboarding, accounts servicing and office administration.
Ivy holds a Bachelor with First Class Honours in Accounting and Finance and is currently pursuing accreditation with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Pui Er Loke.
Accountant Consultant

Pui Er joined Acclime when her former company, Jai Financial was acquired by Acclime in June 2020.
She is currently leading accounting and acts as in-house consultant to the team for financial reporting standards, workflow, and process improvements.
Pui Er has over 12 years’ professional experience in audit, accounting and client servicing. She started her career in Malaysia taking a dual role in accounting and sales and relocated to Singapore join global corporate services provider EisnerAmper where she was assistant manager before joining Acclime.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the UK. She is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Hugh Darwell.
Director, Business Development

Hugh is based in Phnom Penh and is a Director in the regional Business Development team. His role is to assist clients to understand the local rules and regulations as they look to establish their businesses in jurisdictions across Asia, with a particular emphasis on Cambodia. Given his prior experience of spending over 25 years in tax structuring in Investment Banks, he can assist clients find the optimal structure for their expansion into Asia.
Prior to moving to Cambodia and joining Acclime, Hugh spent 14 years in Singapore, most recently at Vistra for 4 years as the head of the Corporate Services Business Development team. Prior to that, he ran the Asian regional Structured Solutions and Securitisation team for ING Bank, which involved putting together tax effective investment structures and efficient funding structures for clients in the region.
An Australian by birth, Hugh commenced his career at Peat Marwick, before spending 17 years at JPMorgan Chase in Sydney, first as head of tax for Australia and then ultimately leading the Asia Pacific Structured Finance team.
Hugh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws degrees from the University of Sydney.
He is currently studying for a Diploma in Cambodian Tax and a Diploma in Cambodian Law at the Cam-Ed Business School in Phnom Penh.

Chhim Malin.

Malin is the senior tax manager of Acclime Cambodia. She has 7 years of substantial experience as a tax consultant dealing with various aspects of tax services, which include tax dispute resolution (tax audit, tax objection, and tax appeal), tax review, tax compliance, and tax advisory. Her clients are mostly multinationals from various industries, including manufacturing, real estate, energy, utilities and mining, construction, education, trading, media, transportation and logistics, hotel and restaurant, and non-government organisations.
Before joining Acclime Cambodia, Malin was a senior tax consultant of KPMG Cambodia for 4 years, and a tax consultant with SM Global Accounting.
Malin holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the Vanda institute in accounting and auditing. She also completed a Cambodian Tax diploma and a diploma in Cambodian Law at the Cam-Ed Business School in Phnom Penh. She is currently studying the ACCA program at Cam-Ed Business School too.

Chhun Vattanakpagna.
Senior Manager, Tax & Accounting

Pagna is the Senior Manager of Acclime Cambodia. She is responsible for producing a formal accounting report for SMEs, including internal control and process management, with recommendations for improvement. She also advises on accounting software such as ERP and the local-built system in many industries, including manufacturing, real estate, trading, transportation, logistics, dental clinic, and education.
With more than 12 years of professional exposure in internal audit, accounting, and finance, Pagna has experience with local and international banks such as Maybank Cambodia, Mohanokor Microfinance Institute, Phnom Penh Securities Plc & Sathapana MFI.
She has participated in professional training in IFRS, Internal Audit Management, Practical auditing, and Transfer Pricing with KICPAA (Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountant and Auditors).
With dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and English for business communications, Pagna is pursuing her Chartered Certified Accountant at Cam-Ed Business School.

Gnet Phearak.

Phearak is the Operations Manager of Acclime Cambodia. He has 10 years of experience as a Tax and Business consultant for SMEs across a range of business activities. He is mostly involved in internal control, management processing and making recommendations for improvement. He also advises on accounting systems, both local and foreign.
Before joining Acclime Cambodia, Phearak was Financial Consultant at Anko Group and was a lecturer in previous colleges in Phnom Penh.
Phearak graduated with a master’s degree in Finance from the National University of Management and a Bachelor of Finance and Banking from Human Resource University.

Kong Ratanak.

Ratanak is currently a Project Manager who is responsible for accounting & tax advisory. He leads the team to complete services for SMEs in various sectors.
He has extensive experience with private business sectors, including constructing buildings, garment factories, microfinance, concrete production, the agricultural industry of raising pigs & chickens, and general advisory.

He is responsible for developing and implementing strategic tax planning.
He has more than 6 years of experience as a Tax Consultant in various sectors, such as construction, garment factory, the trading sector, hotel & restaurants, real estate, logistics, tours and education.
Ratanak holds an MBA in Management from the National University of Management, a BBA in Accounting from Norton University, and a Tax Agent from National Tax School.

San Rithy.

Rithy is the Managing Director in charge of Acclime Cambodia. His role is to help clients transform their businesses (Small and Medium Size Enterprises- SMEs) into corporate ones focusing on corporate governance, business management and financial management through the use of financial technology (FinTech).
Rithy has over 15 years’ experience working in local and international accounting and auditing firms such as KPMG, G4S Security Solution (UK), and Angkor Centory Hotel, a 4- star hotel. He is an experienced financial management professional who is skilled in developing and maintaining financial transactions, including financial analysis, risk management, budget setting and business strategies, including system integration & implementation. Corporate governance and fraud management are also his areas of expertise in advising business entrepreneurs to transform from traditional styles to corporate/standard ones.
Rithy holds an MBA in Finance from the National University of Management. He is also the Cambodia Accounting Club (CAC) founder, which has nearly 600 members.

Uch Thounviroza.
Manager, Tax & Accounting

Viroza is currently the Tax and Accounting Manager. He works with business owners and their accounting departments to improve the accounting process and procedure. He is also leading and training the Acclime team to improve their bookkeeping knowledge, set up process and operation and the review and testing of new accounting systems.
Viroza has spent 2 years as an accountant at a private company and nearly 5 years with Acclime Cambodia in Accounting and Tax. He worked closely with clients in solving their issues and improving their business operations.
He holds a master’s degree in Auditing from the Vanda Institute of Accounting. Viroza is also a trainer at Cambodia Accounting Club (CAC) and a member of the Junior Chamber International-Cambodia (JCI-Chaktomuk).

Alicia Tiong.

Alicia joined Acclime when her former company, Hazeldex was acquired by Acclime in October 2020.
Alicia has more than 15 years of experience in providing accounting, payroll and business advisory services to private companies and multinationals in Malaysia. She started her career with PwC, and prior to joining Acclime, she was a licensed audit partner in a local audit firm, working with a wide range of clients from SMEs to start-ups.
Alicia holds a Degree in Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from Monash University Australia. She is a CPA (Australia) and a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA).

Michel Noel.

Michel co-founded and has been the Managing Director of BP Solutions Pte Ltd (BPS) since 2009. BPS has been part of Acclime since August 2020.
Michel has more than 25 years of international experience in finance, procurement and project management, especially in setting up, migrating and managing shared service centres in Europe, USA and Asia.
During his career as a CFO, Michel has been successful in driving organisational changes, business realignment, process improvement and cost reduction, whilst ensuring compliance with group level, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, US GAAP and local & international tax and statutory requirements.
Michel obtained his Master degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Mons, Belgium (UCL) and his master degree in US GAAP Accounting and Auditing from the Cooremans Institute in Brussels, Belgium.
He is fluent in English and French and has an intermediate command of Dutch.

Ingi Ta.

Ingi co-founded and has been the Operations Director of BP Solutions Pte Ltd (BPS) since 2009. BPS has been part of Acclime since August 2020.
Ingi has more than 20 years of international experience in financial controlling, accounting & reporting. She also has considerable experience operating shared service centres and business process outsourcing ventures, with 13 years in the shipping industry.
Ingi left Europe after 12 years of work experience in Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland and the United States to establish BP Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore in 2009.
Prior to BP Solutions, Ingi worked in finance & accounting and during her career has successfully managed several projects for international companies such as PWC (Netherlands), British Petroleum (Germany/Switzerland), Reebok International SSC (Netherlands) and Stolt-Nielsen (USA/Netherlands/Philippines).
Ingi graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Aachen/Germany and holds a degree in Economics, Accounting and Business Administration. She is fluent in English, German, Chinese/Cantonese, Dutch and has an intermediate command of French.

Nikki Foster Le-Grys.

Nikki has 15 years of experience working in high performing, dynamic roles. This has included working for a tech start up, a not-for-profit economic development organisation, an international media company and large, PE backed, corporates within construction and renewables industries. Nikki has detailed experience working with the public and private sector, with a particular focus on business development, marketing and customer care. Having lived and worked in Asia-Pacific for 2 years she has a good understanding of doing business in this region.
Most recently, Nikki’s role has been focused on international expansion activities, collaboration and the development of global networks to support start-ups, scale-ups and SMEs access overseas markets. She has specialisation in developing sales and marketing strategies for fast growing businesses, working with Founders and C-Suite, to deliver ambitious expansion plans.
Nikki holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Business Management and is currently studying part time for a Masters.

Vlad Savin.

Vlad is responsible for developing Acclime’s business strategy and growth, organizing seminars and workshops for the foreign and local investor community in Vietnam, while assisting with strategic partnerships, client relationships and the overall brand positioning of the firm.
Vlad has over 7 years of experience working in various countries across Asia. He has wide exposure in personal finance and corporate servicing, while having a strong background in consulting, client engagement, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Acclime, he worked as a senior financial consultant at a respectable investment firm in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Vlad holds a Bachelor of Economics, Marketing and International Relationships from Spiru Haret University, Romania and a Business Strategy Certificate from University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. He is also an Executive Committee Member of the Central Eastern European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.

Betty Gervasini.

Betty is a Chartered Accountant and has resided in Vietnam for more than 12 years. Betty has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of auditing, accounting, taxation, human resource and BPO in Europe and South of East Asia.
Betty has broad experience in the cloud systems process automation and deployment of systems and processes in improving efficiency. Betty worked in Dublin, Ireland for 7 years in auditing and tax before she relocated back to Asia. She founded and managed Finex, a company providing corporate services and market entry consultation in Vietnam with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi in 2008. She is proficient in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkien, Malay and Vietnamese.
Betty graduated from Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, with a Bachelor of Science of Accounting and Information Technology and is a Fellowship Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ of Ireland.

Kevin Lam.

Kevin joined Acclime in December 2020 when his practice, Finex merged with Acclime. With tax as his core practice, having lived for more than 12 years in Vietnam, he has practiced with one of the big 4, while subsequently oversee the setting up of the non-audit practice of one of the top second-tier global firm in Vietnam.
Currently, Kevin oversees the accounting, tax and corporate secretarial services of Acclime in Vietnam and manages special consultancy and tax projects. With over 30 years of experience, he started his career as an auditor and subsequently specialising in tax consultancy within the region with Deloitte and KPMG. His country experience includes Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam as well as Papua New Guinea. In addition, he was also one of the regional tax managers with a Fortune 500 company overseeing some countries in South East Asia as well as India.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant (Malaysia) and a Certified Auditor (Vietnam). He is fluent in English, Malay, Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) and has an intermediate command of Vietnamese and Thai.

Emily Shi.
Partner, Finance and Operations Director Beijing

Emily joined the Acclime team in January 2021 as Partner. She is responsible for leading the finance team which, provide high-level commercial business service to customers. Emily also takes the lead in managing the daily operations of the Beijing office.
Emily Shi has worked in the accounting field for almost 20 years. Prior to Acclime China, Emily Shi worked as CFO for many western entities, including Hong Kong, American, and European based companies. With ample knowledge and rich accounting and management experiences, Emily is dedicated to providing international and professional service with integrity and passion.
Emily graduated from the Zhejiang University of South China with the major of English Language Literature. She has earned both international and professional accounting qualification and proudly maintains her Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) certificate.

Jack O’Dwyer.

Jack is the Manager of the Acclime Group’s PRD office. He oversees the corporate service projects and supervises the accounting team.
Before joining Acclime China, Jack was the Manager of 1421 Consulting Group’s PRD office. He was also the founder of the International China Business Logistics Group.
Jack graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in International Relations, China Studies, and International Marketing in 2016. He then moved to mainland China and has gained experience working across a variety of industries. He has achieved HSK 5 certification and is fluent in Chinese and English.

Maxime Van ‘t Klooster.

Maxime joined Acclime in January 2021 as Partner and Director of Acclime’s Beijing office. Furthermore, he leads the consulting department and is responsible for local business development and client relations.
Maxime was co-owner and COO of 1421 Consulting Group, which was acquired by Acclime. With over 7 years of experience in China, Maxime has advised clients in various industries on their strategy, market-entry, and local operations.
Maxime graduated from Maastricht University with a master’s degree in International Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics. He also attended programs in Beijing, China, and Grenoble, France. Maxime is fluent in Dutch, English, and French.

Michael Pronk.

Michael joined the Acclime Group as Partner in January 2021 and serves as the head of business development and digital marketing in Europe. Michael is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships in Europe, finding potential clients, and establishing the name of Acclime within the Western world.
Michael Pronk was co-owner and CEO of 1421 Consulting Group, which was acquired by Acclime. Michael has 10 years of experience in international business development and marketing. Through his leadership, 1421 Consulting Group became a recognised brand in Europe.
Michael is an entrepreneur at heart, owning other business ventures in the Netherlands. Michael has a Fashion and Management Bachelor’s degree from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute.

Peter Pronk.
Ambassador

Since 1983, Peter has been a serial entrepreneur starting and partnering with over 24 companies across many different industries. In 2011, he founded 1421 Consulting Group which has supported over 250 global companies’ China-related business activities. In December 2020, 1421 Consulting Group joined the Acclime group where Peter will be the Ambassador of Acclime, supporting the BD team with bringing in new business. Peter is currently based in the Netherlands.
Peter originates from a meat “family” and The Hague. In 1983, he started his own meat processing company (P. Pronk Vlees B.V.), which he ran until 1997. Through various consulting assignments and his shareholding and management role at Swilion Business Consulting (1997 – 2005) he transitioned his work to the renewable energy sector. From 2005 to 2010, Peter was the Asia director for the Dutch wind turbine producer, Emergya Wind Technologies B.V. (EWT). In this role, he built up the market in Asia with an emphasis on China. In 2008, Peter moved to China with his wife and daughter. In April 2011, Peter started 1421 Consulting Group Ltd. with the goal of supporting Western companies doing business in China. From October 2018 until June 2020, Peter served as the director of a European Union-funded project called EUSME Centre, carried out by 6 Chamber of Commerce (London, Brussels and Beijing). In September 2020, Peter and his wife moved back to the Netherlands, where he now is the board member of an international meat company named F. Wellink Lekkerkerk B.V.
Peter holds a degree of life experience from the University of the world and likes to learn and experience more every day.

Johann Espiritu .

Johann is a senior equity partner running a Philippines law firm. His practice focuses on project development and finance, technology, media and telecommunications, and corporate law. He is also the Managing Director of Sapient Consulting, Inc., a Hong Kong-based investment advisory firm.
Johann has established numerous family trusts, both onshore and offshore. He has also advised domestic and foreign corporations on corporate law, commercial law, foreign investments, infrastructure projects, energy or power projects, telecommunications, and mergers and acquisitions. He formerly sat as Hong Kong Director in Equiom (Isle of Man) and Allied Finance Private (Switzerland), both international trust groups. He founded Odin Legal Intelligence, a pioneer legal process outsourcing company in the Philippines, and co-founded DocSpark Solutions, a Manila-based firm specializing in offshore corporate services. Johann is also a lecturer at the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law where he teaches Information Technology Law and Venture Capital Transactions. He currently sits as a member of the Advisory Board of the Georgetown University Law Center.
Johann received his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the Ateneo de Manila University and his Juris Doctor degree from the same university, after which he was admitted to the Philippine Bar. He received his LL.M. from Georgetown University and was thereafter admitted to the New York Bar. Johann is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in the UK.

Russell Brown OBE is Vice Chairman and Partner of Acclime Group, a regional corporate services firm. In 2001 Russell founded LehmanBrown International Accountants, a China‐focused accounting, taxation and business advisory firm employing around 200 professionals. LehmanBrown merged into Acclime Group in 2021. At LehmanBrown Russell was the Managing Partner.
Russell has over 36 years working experience including 27 years living in China and involved establishing and developing businesses in China. Prior to founding LehmanBrown Russell was Global CFO of one of the world’s largest public relations and communications consulting companies and prior to this their Asia Pacific Regional CFO.
He currently acts as advisor to international companies entering the China market and to Chinese companies venturing abroad. He has advised in a wide range of industries and business situations in China and Hong Kong. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars on cross border taxation, accounting and doing business in and with China and Hong Kong.
He is currently Treasurer of the British Chamber of Commerce in China and Treasurer of the Australian Chamber of Commerce in China. He has previously held various positions including Chair and Vice Chair of the British Chamber of Commerce in China, Vice Chair of the China‐Britain Business Council (CBBC), Chair and Director of the Asia Transformation and Turnaround Association. He is also an Honorary Member of The 48 Group Club.
Russell gained a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Bournemouth University, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) in the UK and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW). He is also a Certified Global Management Accountant. Russell was awarded an OBE (Officer of the Order of the British Empire) for services to British Business and the British Community in China in Queen’s Birthday Honours in June 2015.

Zhou Han.

Zhou Han is a Partner of Acclime China. Zhou Han has around 30 years of professional services experience, with over 20 years of those based in Asia.In 2001 Zhou Han co-founded LehmanBrown International Accountants, a China-focused accounting, taxation and business advisory firm employing around 200 professionals. In LehmanBrown, Zhou Han was a Senior Partner and operated as its Chief Operating Officer. LehmanBrown merged into Acclime Group in 2021.
Prior to LehmanBrown, Zhou Han had worked at the China Trust and Investment Corporation for Foreign Economic Relations and Trade under the Ministry of Commerce. She also worked with Bank of Scotland as an assistant manager in the project finance team, where she worked on various projects in Asia. Following that, Zhou Han moved back to Asia and was an economic analyst based in Singapore, covering China and Japan.
Zhou Han graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Shanghai International Studies University and a post graduate degree from the University of International Business and Economics in China. She also has a MSc. Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Sujay Sen Gupta.

As the Managing Partner and Director of Acclime India, Sujay is responsible for managing the overall operations of Acclime India.
Sujay works on projects for multilateral agencies and Foundations such as the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, IFFREE, USAID, NORAD, and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He has a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry with more than three decades of experience in business strategy and growth consulting. Sujay has helped over 150 companies from Europe, US, and Asia including many Fortune 1000 companies setup operations in India and hone their emerging market strategies. He also serves on the Board of Indian subsidiaries of various US and European companies. His expertise extends across a wide range of sectors including industrial, steel, chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, renewable and non-conventional energy, building and construction, heavy engineering, telecom, and consumer products. He is involved with a large foreign not-for-profit foundation to help them with their social initiatives in India.
Sujay has a master’s degree focused in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.

Yajna Prakash.

Yajna Prakash is a Partner and Director at Acclime India, and is responsible for Business Development in the Americas, Australia and select other markets for Acclime. He will be responsible for the clients from USA, Europe, Australia foraying into emerging markets at Acclime India. He specializes in leveraging India as a strategic growth hub for South-East Asia, Middle East and Africa – an expertise he gained from forging global partnerships over the last 2 decades. He helps global companies succeed in Indian markets through strategic advice on Smart market entry and expansion strategies in India, Cross-border stakeholder engagement and collaboration, Tackling the talent agenda through Executive Search services, and Policy advocacy & lobbying.
Yajna brings more than 2 decades of experience in developing winning internationalization strategies for MNCs from developed countries to succeed in emerging markets. He has been at the forefront of the globalization movement in India and has played a key role in helping over 300 MNCs from USA, Europe, Brazil, Mexico, China and Australia establish a presence in India. His body of work spans across multiple sectors including Industrial products, Consumer Goods, Building Materials, Technology and Health Care services, and has served as a director on the board of over 24 American and European companies in India. Yajna is currently involved with actively setting up an Asia-Pacific think tank to further the mission of establishing India as a favored investment destination for global companies.
Yajna is currently pursuing a doctoral program in Emerging Markets/ International Business from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He holds degrees in Engineering, MS in Consultancy Management (BITS, Pilani) and a post-graduate diploma in International Business (IIM Calcutta).

Ritesh Dudeja.

As the Partner of Acclime India, Ritesh is responsible for managing the Business Development across Europe for Acclime India. He also specializes in finance and is responsible for structuring deals for global clients looking to expand into India via M&A route.
Ritesh is serving as a Resident Director of Indian entity of select few clients to advise on future growth opportunities. In an executive advisory role, he has been able to set up a successful venture for assisting foreign companies to start up in India across industry sectors. He is also an advisor to Liticap Partners and an angel investor.
His strength lies in bridging “knowledge & insights” gaps related to Cross Border businesses with combination of Strategy & Implementation solutions. He is a business focused & result oriented professional with over 26 years of experience in Auto Components, Facility Management Services, Engineered Products, Industrial B2B, Specialty Chemicals, Electrical, Electronics etc. He was a key member of the transaction team for a 100 Mn Euros acquisition in India for a French company and has a track record of 22 inbound acquisition transactions.

Saurabh Gupta.

As the Partner of Acclime India, Saurabh is responsible for Global project execution for Acclime India. He specializes in conceptualising, strategizing and operationalising entry strategies via Greenfield set-ups, Contract manufacturing and development, Global strategic sourcing, and partner identification, setting up start-up teams for global clientele.
With more than 25 years of experience in management consulting and operations, Saurabh is currently on the board of multiple American and European companies. Much of his experience has been devoted to devising and executing “Go-to-Market” and “India entry strategy” for foreign companies.
He has executed assignments for over 200 companies from US & Europe. He has developed knack of designing and successfully executing comprehensive industry research and investigation exercises, detailed business intelligence, due-diligence, and business modelling, irrespective of their scale and complications. Saurabh unique strength has been his granular understanding of local challenges and operating mechanics of India. Additionally, Saurabh has implemented Microsoft’s MSUP and Samsung’s Digital hope CSR programs in India. He has also worked closely with U.S, European and Japanese companies investing in India.
Saurabh holds a Graduate degree in Mathematics and completed his Management degree at Newport University.

Stefan Kracht.

Fiducia merged into Acclime Group in August 2022 and formally transitioned to the Acclime brand in July 2023. Fiducia was founded by Stefan’s parents Cynthia and Juergen in 1982 to carry out critical and necessary commercial operations for clients who source, sell or manufacture in Greater China.
As Fiducia’s owner and Managing Director since 2012, Stefan is responsible for all aspects of Fiducia’s business in regard to hundreds of clients and his team of over 100 specialists in five offices. After joining Fiducia in 2005, Stefan transformed the company culture, processes and systems to deliver multiple integrated services in long-term client relationships. Specifically, Stefan and his senior team refined Fiducia’s client strategy and positioning to focus on European owner-operated firms, ranging from USD50m-1b in revenues; integrated Fiducia’s sales and service delivery to ensure seamless client interaction; introduced technology-based delivery using ERP and other systems to enable scalability and transparency; and formalised Fiducia’s deep expertise with complicated and changing local rules and regulations. Many of these clients now looking to expand within Asia, which is a key reason for Fiducia to join Acclime.
Before joining Fiducia, Stefan ran and sold a company trading in components and materials in Shanghai. Prior to that he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co. in London. He began his career in 1993 in China-related trade and investment as a management trainee at Otto Group, one of Europe’s leading eCommerce players, in Hamburg, Hong Kong, and Shanghai.
Stefan holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the London School of Economics and a joint MBA from Kellogg (USA) and the University of Science & Technology (HK). He is a German national, fluent in English and German, and conversational in Mandarin and French. Stefan is an elected board member of the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, and Vice-Chairman of the Management Consultancies Association of Hong Kong.

Rizwan Khan.

Rizwan has over 25 years of experience in diversified industries and has worked with international companies in Vietnam for over 14 years in corporate services, education and manufacturing sectors. He is a seasoned professional with a solid education background, having several qualifications from USA, UK, Australia and Pakistan in accounting, audit, finance, company secretary, cybersecurity and data privacy, to name a few. He was elected as the founding president of the IMA Vietnam Chapter from 2018 to 2022.
At Acclime, Rizwan has responsibilities covering accounting, tax and licensing services. With his extensive background using technology in accounting and finance, he seeks to add additional value to our key clients. Rizwan envisions Acclime Vietnam to be at the forefront of technology-driven corporate services that bring more efficiency while meeting the needs of compliance in Vietnam.
Before joining Acclime Vietnam, he was CFO and CIO in the manufacturing industry for several years and had training in supply chain management, lean six sigma and ISO implementation. Rizwan is also a speaker at international conferences on various topics, including but not limited to technology for accounting and finance. He is also keen on training and lecturing and is actively involved in academic lecturing and professional training.

Mark Licciardo.
Partner, Managing Director, Listed Company Services
Mark is the founder of Mertons Corporate Services, now part of Acclime Australia and is responsible for Acclime Australia’s Listed Services Division. In addition, Mark is Acclime’s internal product champion for listed company services in the region. He will be working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore to define services we offer these clients and the software platforms we use to better enable this.
Widely recognised as a leader in his field, Mark has extensive experience working with boards of high profile ASX-listed companies guiding and implementing effective corporate governance practices.
He is also an ASX-experienced director and chair of public and private companies, with expertise in the listed investment, infrastructure, bio-technology and digital sectors. He currently serves as a director on a number of Australian company boards as well as foreign controlled entities and private companies.
During his executive career, Mark held roles in banking and finance, funds management, investment and infrastructure development businesses, including being the Company Secretary for ASX:100 companies Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business degree in accounting, a Graduate Diploma in Governance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Governace Institute, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael Chan.

Michael joined Acclime as a Partner in September 2022, he was the founder of MCGI Consultancy Limited, a corporate service provider of corporate set-up, corporate restructuring advisory, tax and accounting for private and listed companies, and MCGI was merged with Acclime in September 2022 by amalgamation.
Michael has over 20 years of experience in accounting, audit, company secretarial, corporate governance and financial management, he is the managing director of a medium size CPA Practising firm in Hong Kong, and currently Michael acts as company secretary and independent non-executive director for a number of listed companies. Michael is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Michael holds an honours degree in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Hong Kong.

Eddy Herbert.

Eddy lives in Yangon, Myanmar, serving as an integral part of the regional Business Development team. His primary responsibility entails assisting clients in formulating optimal market entry strategies for establishing their businesses in various jurisdictions across Asia, specifically focusing on Singapore, Myanmar, and Laos.
Benefiting from over two decades of expertise in professional corporate services and outsourcing, Eddy’s experience brings immense value to his current role. He adeptly guides clients through the complexities of expanding into the Asian market by identifying the most suitable business structures for their expansion initiatives. His profound understanding of the region’s business landscape and regulatory frameworks empowers him to offer clients invaluable insights and advisory support. Before joining Acclime as a partner, Eddy played a pivotal role in co-founding a renowned business services group with offices in Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar. He continues to actively oversee the management of these businesses, which perfectly complement Acclime’s extensive offerings within the Southeast Asia region. This breadth of experience further enhances Eddy’s capability to assist clients in their expansion endeavours, enabling them to leverage synergies between diverse markets.
Eddy’s professional journey commenced with a deliberate choice to gain practical knowledge and skills, often referred to as the “University of Life.” His early career encompassed working in the bustling city of London, followed by a successful entrepreneurial venture in emerging markets. Florian Braunsteiner.
Director, Sales & advisory
Florian is based in Hong Kong and his experience lies in advising international companies wanting to grow their Greater China and APAC business. He leads the business development and tax advisory teams. Moreover, Florian is also responsible for Acclime’s Greater China ERP and CRM services, supporting clients to improve their operations management through digitisation.
Prior to moving to Hong Kong and joining Acclime, Florian worked for a consulting firm in Shanghai where he mostly assisted European firms entering the Chinese market. Moreover, he worked several years in Austria in various banking roles. Florian is deeply involved in understanding the intricacies of the current business environment in China, as well as international trade agreements and affairs between Asia and Europe.
Florian received his bachelor’s degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and a master’s degree from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business. He speaks English, German, Chinese, Spanish, and French.

Marla Aquino-Batallones.
Operations Director
Marla is a corporate lawyer with decade-long experience garnered from the knowledge process outsourcing industry. She has led numerous teams in providing corporate services to clients throughout the globe, ranging from start-ups to law firms to multinational corporations.
Prior to joining the Acclime group, Marla was the Chief Operating Officer of DocSpark Solutions, where she managed operations and spearheaded a team of professionals that provide offshore services to foreign clients to successfully scale their businesses. She was also previously connected with Odin Legal Intelligence as Project Manager focusing on eDiscovery, contract management, and document review for companies primarily in US and EU jurisdictions. Marla also became Legal Counsel in one of the Philippines’ largest retail chains, where she specialized in contract review, corporate housekeeping, corporate governance, Intellectual Property, and labor. In 2015, she joined a leading legal process outsourcing company as Senior Attorney and was responsible for oversight and quality control of legal support services to renowned law firms and investment companies in the US.
Marla obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Development Studies with Minors in Global Politics and Hispanic Studies from the Ateneo de Manila University. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, after which she was admitted to the Philippine Bar.
