Acclime, a leading corporate services provider across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, today announced the acquisition of FocusCore and Payroll & Outsourcing (P&O) operations in Cambodia and Laos. The businesses will be fully integrated and rebranded as Acclime Cambodia and Acclime Laos, effective 4 May 2026.
The acquisitions strengthen Acclime’s operational footprint in ASEAN and enhance its ability to support clients with integrated, cross-border services across the region.
The Cambodia operations bring together established teams with strong capabilities in corporate services, payroll and regulatory compliance. The Laos operations further extend Acclime’s presence in a growing market, reinforcing its ability to support clients operating across multiple jurisdictions in Southeast Asia.
Importantly, all client-facing teams will remain in place, ensuring continuity of service while benefiting from enhanced regional resources and capabilities.

FocusCore’s operations outside Cambodia and Laos will continue independently and are not part of this transaction.
