The acquisition marks another milestone in Acclime’s strategy of building one of the region’s leading integrated professional services firms. Combining SH Malaysia’s specialist capabilities in audit and assurance, corporate and international tax, IPO advisory, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation and corporate restructuring with Acclime’s established strengths in corporate governance, accounting, payroll, HR, company secretarial and market entry, the combined firm can now support clients across the entire business lifecycle — from market entry and ongoing compliance through to growth, transformation and complex corporate transactions.
The acquisition further strengthens Acclime’s position in one of Southeast Asia’s most important investment destinations. Malaysia continues to attract foreign direct investment across manufacturing, technology, financial services and shared services, creating growing demand for integrated advisory and compliance support from businesses operating both domestically and across multiple jurisdictions.
